and the services CareOxy provides. By accessing our website or using our

Payment Policy

Applicable Services: All Services including Attendant, Nursing Care, Critical Care, Physio
term intervention service.
Only Direct Payment to Careoxy You don’t have to pay the caregiver unless asked by
the Careoxy Customer Service team. You will be paying Careoxy directly Online or
request a cash / pickup. Charge Rs.150 Extra.
Payment Mode: Online, NEFT, and Cash payments are accepted. Careocy
promotes and prefers online payment in advance which enables us to pay our
caregivers in time without hassle. For
Terms and Conditions:
Safety: Beneficiaries accept risks associated with services and release Careoxy Healthcare
Services Private Limited from liability.
Control: Careoxy Healthcare Services Private Limited isn't liable for actions beyond its control or
those under the Beneficiary's supervision.
Indemnity: Beneficiaries indemnify Careoxy Healthcare Services Private Limited for any claims
arising from their negligence.
Authorization: Beneficiaries consent to treatment, release of medical records, and
communication with doctors.
Consent: Beneficiaries agree to treatment, acknowledge responsibility for outcomes, and allow
the use of photos/videos for educational/promotional purposes.
Emergency Treatment: Beneficiaries authorize Careoxy Healthcare Services Private Limited to
provide or obtain necessary medical treatment during emergencies.
The Beneficiary confirms understanding of these terms after adequate explanations.
I acknowledge that Careoxy Healthcare Services Private Limited authorities are not responsible for
any untoward incidents due to my decision.
Medical Equipments Terms & Conditions
1.In Case the rented equipment or accessories is damaged/stolen by the customer during the related period the customer is liable to pay the price of the damaged/stolen part/equipment. No excuse shall be entertained.
2. In Case the equipment is rented out for certain period and if the equipment is returned before the fixed time, the customer has no rights to claim the amount for the rest of the period, whether it is one day or one hour.
3.The company has the right to recover the amount of the damaged/stolen equipment/part or accessories either out of the security cheque given by the customer or by cash. Customer will have visiting charges Rs 600/- extra after installation visit. (One Visit)
4. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of the equipment in whose favor the challan is issued.
5. It will be a sole discretion of the company to replace the rented out equipment or accessories at any time during the rented period. Services shall be provided during office hours only i.e. 9.00am to 6.00pm.
6. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the company to extend or return the equipment; otherwise it will be presumed that the customer in interested in extending the use. In that case the customer is liable to pay the rent for an extended period.
7.The customer means in whose favor the challan is issued. All dispute subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
8.Only on Rent not for sale any medical equipment.
9.This amount is nonrefundable in any condition
