घरो में मरीज़ की देखभाल करने वालो के लिए नौकरी

सारांश:

हम बुजुर्गों, विकलांगों, किसी तरह की कोई बीमारी या चोट से उबरने वाले लोगों की  देखभाल करने वाले देखभालकर्ता की तलाश कर रहे हैं। जो इनकी बेहतर तरीके से देखभाल करे और जल्दी किसी चोट या बीमारी से उभरने में उनकी दयालु पूर्ण भाव से  साथ दे। 

नर्सिंग अटेंडेंट/देखभालकर्ताओं के काम :

  • घर पर विभिन्न प्रकार की सेटिंग्स में रोगियों को व्यावहारिक देखभाल प्रदान करना।
  • मरीजों को उनके रोजाना के काम जैसे नहाना और खाना आदि में मदद करना।
  • दीर्घकालिक देखभाल सुविधाओं के निवासियों के लिए रोगियों के लिए बुनियादी देखभाल प्रदान करना।
  • किसी ग्राहक या नर्सिंग समन्वयक/पर्यवेक्षक की देखरेख में नियमित कार्य करें।

घरेलू देखभाल में आवश्यकता के अनुसार हमें देखभालकर्ताओं द्वारा किए जाने वाले इन कौशल कार्यों की आवश्यकता है| 

नर्सिंग सहायक/देखभालकर्ता निम्नलिखित कार्यों में सहायता करता है:

  • सामान्य घरेलू देखभाल
  • ड्रेसिंग
  • स्नान और त्वचा की देखभाल
  • दूध पिलाना (मौखिक या ट्यूब)
  • मुंह और बालों की देखभाल
  • बिस्तर बनाना (बिस्तर)
  • शौचालय सहायता और मूत्र बैग खाली करना।
  • आंत और मूत्राशय की देखभाल
  • महत्वपूर्ण संकेत (तापमान, नाड़ी, रक्तचाप, आदि) लेना
  • मरीजों को गैट बेल्ट, वॉकर, बेंत और अन्य उपकरणों के साथ चलने में मदद करना
  • गति-गति अभ्यासों में सहायता करना
  • सुरक्षित रोगी-संभाल उपकरणों का उपयोग करके व्हीलचेयर से आने वाले रोगियों को स्थानांतरित करें
  • बिस्तर पर पड़े मरीजों को नियमित रूप से घुमाना और बिठाना
  • नर्स को सभी परिवर्तनों की रिपोर्ट करना
  • सुरक्षा जागरूकता
  • अवलोकन, रिपोर्टिंग और दस्तावेज़ीकरण

नौकरी के लिए जरुरी 

  •  न्यूनतम 10वीं पास और नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट/जनरल ड्यूटी असिस्टेंट का प्रमाणन
  • 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु होनी चाहिए।

पारिश्रमिक विच्छेद -

2 अलग-अलग भुगतान संरचनाएँ होंगी:

क) हॉस्टल के साथ

बी) हॉस्टल के बिना.


देखभालकर्ताओं के प्रदर्शन और फीडबैक के अनुसार भुगतान को संशोधित और बढ़ाया जाएगा

Job brief

We are looking for a qualified registered Nurse to promote and restore patients’ health. You will work with a variety of patients and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required.


Responsibilities

  • Identify patients’ care requirements, focus on their needs, and act on them

  • Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support

  • Resolve or report on patients’ needs or problems

  • Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature, provide drugs and injections, etc)
